Job Scope:
- Provide technical support by diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues
- Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to reduce downtime and ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) for new machines within the given timeline
- Install and test additional electrical components and accessories as per customer specifications
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks to ensure machines operate at optimal performance
Job Requirements:
- At least one - two years of relevant experience.
