Our client is a rapidly expanding telecommunications and network solutions provider headquartered in Singapore. The company focuses on mobile connectivity technologies and works closely with regional and local telecom operators to deliver dependable infrastructure solutions and advanced eSIM services.

Job Summary
  • We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Business Development Manager with exposure to the telecommunications sector, mobile platforms, MVNOs/MNOs, or eSIM service environments.
  • In this role, you will focus on identifying new revenue opportunities, developing strong partnerships with clients and vendors, and managing the full commercial cycle from prospecting through deal closure.
  • This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy networking, engaging with industry partners, and representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm; 14 days annual leave; variable bonus;
  • 60% hunting (new business development) and 40% farming (account management); identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and represent the company at meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the mobile connectivity and eSIM ecosystem.
  • Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, meetings, and professional networking.
  • Represent the organization at exhibitions, industry forums, and client engagements.
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and relationship management with key partners and vendors.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract finalization.
  • Work closely with internal departments including technical, product, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Develop business proposals, pricing models, and presentation materials for potential clients.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, track business performance, and achieve revenue objectives.
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications, mobile platforms, or eSIM-related industries.
  • Strong client management and negotiation capabilities.
  • Good understanding of mobile connectivity technologies or the eSIM ecosystem.
  • Experience working with telecom operators, MVNOs, or technology providers in the mobile sector.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Confident, professional, and comfortable engaging with clients and partners.
