Responsibilities:
- Manage and refine the customer onboarding process and KYC lifecycle, focusing on the digitalisation of workflows.
- Lead the complete product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to launch and post-release enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, risk, and operations, to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Participate in projects and User Acceptance Testing for new and enhanced online banking functionalities.
- Develop and implement product strategies to support business growth and revenue objectives.
- Conduct periodic reviews and updates of policies and procedures.
- Provide internal training for business teams on new products and product optimisations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the team lead.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional qualifications and relevant experience will be considered.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in banking product management, particularly in corporate online banking, cash management, or KYC process optimisation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Independent thinker with the ability to organise work and engage with business partners and service providers.
- Detail-oriented, diligent, and efficient in follow-through under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
