About the role

As a Sales Assistant at our Viral candy store in the Central Region, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service and helping to create a delightful shopping experience for our customers. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing retail organisation.

1. Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude
2. Providing excellent customer service
3. Assisting customers in finding the perfect confectionery items to suit their tastes and preferences
4. Maintaining a clean & visually appealing store environment
5. Restocking shelves and ensuring product availability
6. Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently

1. Have a Diploma or Degree
2. Experience in a Retail or Sales role
3. Friendly, outgoing and helpful personality
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
6. A keen interest in confectionery products and a willingness to learn about our extensive range
