Job Description:
Required Skills & Competencies for the leadership role:
Leadership and Management: Direct and mentor a team of AV engineers, technicians, and project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Project Management: Oversee all aspects of AV system integration projects, from initial scoping and design to installation, commissioning, and post-implementation support.
Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of AV technologies, including audio processing, video distribution, control systems, and networking, ensuring systems meet technical requirements and client expectations.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for the AV system integration business, including market analysis, product development, and competitive positioning.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, adhering to industry best practices and client specifications.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with AV vendors and suppliers, securing competitive pricing and ensuring timely delivery of equipment and services.
Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including design specifications, schematics, and as-built drawings.Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to resolve challenges promptly and efficiently.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 12 years’ experience in AV system integration, including design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead ateam.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- A thorough understanding of AV technologies and industry standards.
- Project management experience, including experience with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, result driven and have a good sense of team working skills.
- Good attitude and possess the willingness to be flexible.
- Adaptable to fast paced work environment, able to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English is required to communicate with their diverse team and stakeholders effectively
- Candidate who can join ASAP, will be given the 1st priority.
