Retails Store Assistant Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience to drive customer satisfaction scores.
• Recommend suitable products and promotions to meet or exceed individual and store sales KPIs.
• Handle cashiering duties including accurate billing, refunds, and maintaining minimal transaction errors.
• Replenish and organize merchandise on the shop floor, ensuring stock levels and visual displays are in line with brand standards.
• Support inventory checks, stocktaking activities, and ensure minimal stock discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and store presentation, following opening/closing procedures and operational checklists.

Job Requirements:

• Prior retail sales experience is an advantage
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality
• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Store Supervisor / Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, stock flow, and merchandising displays to enhance store performance and appearance.
• Collaborate with management on promotions, marketing campaigns, and resolving customer issues effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management, ideally within the fashion industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive sales and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
