About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team at ESTES CONSULTANCY PTE LTD. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales and business growth for our company. This is a full-time position based in the Bukit Batok Central West Region.
What you'll be doing- Actively prospecting and generating new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Presenting our products and services to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
- Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Tracking and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the Sales industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
