About the role

Looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO of a Multinational Organization that has offices in Paris and China in their Marina South Central Region office. This full-time role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of the CEO's office and provides a unique opportunity to work closely with the leadership team.

Job Description:

  • Manage the CEO's diary and schedule, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, file management, and correspondence
  • Prepare and run through marketing plans with the CEO
  • Participate in strategizing the brand direction with the CEO
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, screening calls, emails, and visitors
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as required
  • Support the CEO with special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

Job Requirement:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting a C-suite executive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in branding and strategy in FMCG/Beauty products would be an advantage
  • Candidate would need to travel overseas with a CEO frequently
