IT Project Manager (Cloud) - 12 Months - Bukit Merah
The Company
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to join our client, a leading global consulting firm, to oversee the end-to-end delivery and governance of a high-impact cloud migration program. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a deep understanding of cloud transformation within regulated environments.You will be the driving force behind program execution, ensuring timelines, compliance, and stakeholder alignment are met with precision.
This is a 12-month project with potential of extension.
The Role- Own program delivery across schedule, scope, cost, and stakeholder management.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), drive backlog and sprint planning.
- Maintain governance artifacts: RAID logs, risk registers, and compliance checkpoints (ie MAS/TRM).
- Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders; manage escalations and blockers.
- Track and report OKRs, velocity, and DORA metrics to executive leadership.
- Champion best practices for hybrid cloud delivery in a highly regulated environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- 8+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery, with at least 3 years focused on cloud migration initiatives.
- Certified Scrum Master and PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Proficient in Agile tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, and delivery dashboards.
- Strong familiarity with AWS landing zone architecture and security governance.
- Exposure to container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, ECS/EKS) is a plus.
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive outcomes.
