Woodlands Social Centre (WSC) is looking for a committed, organised, and people-oriented Programme Assistant to support our community outreach operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both ground operations and working with people, and who can maintain professionalism, structure, and care in a community setting.
You will play a key role in managing the daily operations of our Televisit Centre, coordinating volunteers, supporting monthly food ration distributions, maintaining inventory accuracy, and working closely with key partners in the community.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and man the daily operations of the Televisit Centre
- Ensure operational compliance, professionalism, and smooth day-to-day service delivery
- Coordinate, deploy, and supervise volunteers to support outreach operations
- Provide guidance and support to volunteers to ensure a positive and meaningful volunteer experience
- Work with key volunteers to organise and carry out the monthly distribution of food rations
- Oversee stock-taking, inventory control, and the receiving of goods
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, including incoming and outgoing inventory
- Liaise with key partners in the community on operational matters and coordination issues
- Prepare basic records, reports, and operational updates
- Support other outreach and operational duties assigned by the Head of Community Outreach
- Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably in community services, social services, operations, logistics, or related fields
- Relevant experience in operations, programme support, volunteer coordination, logistics, or community work will be an advantage
- Able to work on Saturdays, with a weekday off-in-lieu
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Comfortable supervising volunteers and working with people from diverse backgrounds
- Able to manage both administrative and hands-on operational tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to maintain accurate records
