• Prepare, negotiate, and analyze tender and contract costs
• Coordinate with project teams to monitor work effort and legal/contractual compliance
• Value completed work and manage payment arrangements
• Assist designers in reviewing construction plans and determining quantity requirements
• Analyze maintenance and additional building costs and negotiate with contractors
• Maintain proper documentation and manage all tenders
• Source, evaluate, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations

• Possess strong analytical and organizational skills
• A proactive team player with excellent initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Keen to learn and adapt to a dynamic construction environment
• Educational background in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field preferred
