Retail Supervisor - Toa Payoh

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving sales performance and profitability for your assigned product category
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, merchandising, and visual displays
• Plan and allocate products based on sales trends and customer demand
• Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of Retail Assistants to ensure smooth daily operations
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Hands-on, service-oriented, and results-driven personality
• Willing to work a 6-day work week, including rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Permanent night shift positions available for candidates who prefer night work
