Job Summary

Perform administrative and clinical support tasks to ensure smooth dental clinic operations and quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Schedule dental appointments and manage front desk activities including attending to walk-in patients
Process billing and insurance claims accurately to support clinic revenue flow
Clean and sterilise dental instruments and equipment to maintain hygiene and safety standards
Assist dentists during patient care procedures to enhance treatment efficiency
Deliver patient service with a positive and helpful attitude to improve patient experience
Use clinic software, email, and WhatsApp effectively to support communication and administrative tasks
Collaborate with team members and learn quickly to adapt to clinic workflows

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in dental nursing or reception is preferred but not required as on-site training will be provided
