Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in marketing or relevant qualification.
- Approximately 2 years of related working experience, preferably in the retail, tech, or mobile app industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media tools).
- Creative thinker with a passion for building impactful brands.
- Knowledge of Illustrator, Canva, and video editing software would be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with agencies, vendors, and any other stakeholders.
- Be the brand guardian, ensuring all marketing materials and communications reflect the brand's identity, values, and tone.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen brand recognition and positioning in the market.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives.
- Monitor referral performance and implement incentive structures to increase effectiveness.
- Craft dynamic marketing campaigns that turn heads and spark conversations.
- Develop strategies to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
- Work with sales teams to create buzzworthy promotions.
- Analyze performance metrics data to ensure our campaigns are hitting top gear.
- Manage social media and digital platforms to keep our audience engaged.
- Manage and mentor a marketing executive to deliver results.
- Execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish.
