360 Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions to our clients across various industries, driving business growth through new client acquisition, and building strong relationships with existing clients.

1. Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients and grow existing relationships.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales channels.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
4. Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
5. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for client roles.
6. Present high-quality candidates to clients, highlighting their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
7. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.

1. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting.
2. Strong sales and business development skills, with a track record of securing new clients and growing existing relationships.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
6. Proficiency in recruitment software and technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
