About the role
Are you passionate about shaping the minds of young children? As a Preschool Teacher at soon to be open MindChamps Preschool @ Redhill, you'll play a pivotal role in providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for early childhood development.This full-time position is based in Redhill, Central Region, where you'll utilise your expertise to create a positive and enriching experience for our students.
What you'll be doing- Create a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing individualised support and feedback to promote their development
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a unified approach to each child's education and wellbeing
- Demonstrates warm, positive, nurturing, and respectful interactions with children
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T)
- Creative and inspiring with loving energy
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Be familiar with all working curriculum documents, handbooks and policy manuals
- Knowledge in educational development
