Learning & Development Specialist [HR | Up to $6500] RRKC

About the Role

We are looking for a Learning & Development Executive to support employee training, talent development, and organizational learning initiatives. You will work closely with business leaders and employees to identify learning needs, coordinate training programs, and support talent development activities that strengthen workforce capabilities.

• Coordinate and manage employee training and development programs.
• Work with managers to identify training needs and learning opportunities.
• Arrange training schedules, venues, trainers, and related logistics.
• Maintain training records and monitor training attendance.
• Liaise with external training providers and internal stakeholders.
• Support e-learning initiatives and learning management systems.
• Collect and analyse training feedback to improve programme effectiveness.
• Monitor training budgets and government training grants where applicable.
• Support talent development, high-potential (HiPo) programmes, and succession planning initiatives.
• Ensure employees complete mandatory training requirements.

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related disciplines.
• Min. 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or HR.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate multiple training activities.
• Willing to travel between Yishun and Tuas offices when required.
