About the role
As a Sales Assistant at SUNGAI INDUSTRIAL(S) CO. PTE. LTD', you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail store in Kampong Bugis Jalan Sultan. This is a full-time position, and you will be an integral part of our dynamic team.
What you'll be doing- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring a clean, organised shopping environment
- Answering customer inquiries and addressing their needs promptly
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restocking, Packing and replenishing merchandise as needed
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience
- Working with E-Commerce
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably with knowledge of Garment Haberdasheries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for maintaining a visually appealing store
- Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work during the store's operating hours, including evenings and weekends.
