Position Title: Tenant Relations Manager
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Working Days: 5-day work week
Location: Katong (East)
Salary Range: SGD 5000 - 700
Employment Type: 2 Years Contract (Under Developer Headcount)

Client Profile: One of Asia’s largest diversified real estate and real asset management groups

You will be part of the Tenant Relations team, based at an assigned shopping mall, where you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong landlord-tenant relationships. Through regular engagement and performance discussions with tenants, you will gain insights into their business performance, customer needs, growth plans, and future retail space requirements.

This role requires strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

You will report directly to the Mall Centre Manager / General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive landlord-tenant relationships
Monitor, track, and analyse tenants’ performance and sales data
Conduct regular performance reviews and business discussions with tenants
Identify opportunities for tenant expansion and business growth
Liaise with tenants on operational matters and leasing-related feedback
Support the Central Leasing team on lease management and administration
Ensure tenants comply with lease terms and conditions
Ensure property tax charges are aligned with committed rental agreements
Prepare leasing and sales performance reports for management and internal stakeholders
Assist the Centre Manager / General Manager in annual budgeting and income forecasting related to leasing activities

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Positive attitude, resourceful, and a strong team player
Basic understanding of the real estate and retail industries, preferably within shopping mall environments
Self-motivated and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
