Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Understand clients' hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions

• Match candidates to suitable job opportunities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate offer negotiations

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Provide market insights and hiring trends to clients and candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or business development is advantageous
