Who we are looking for
We are seeking a motivated, service-driven professional to join our growing team as a Client Relationship Manager in our Employee Benefits department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing policy renewals, nurturing long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
As a key member of our Employee Benefits team, you have a client-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering solutions that meet client needs. You will take a consultative, solutions-focused approach to advising corporate clients on their employee benefits programs.You will work closely with insurers to negotiate competitive proposals, tailor benefits solutions to meet client needs, and ensure seamless service delivery.

What you will do
Account Management- Manage client renewals, negotiate terms with insurers, and ensure competitive proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders to support retention and growth.
- Oversee all aspects of account management, service delivery, and issue resolution within agreed service standards.
- Understand client needs and business priorities to recommend tailored employee benefits solutions.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth.
- Conduct market research on insurers and available packages to support client recommendations.
- Provide accurate, timely information and advice using available tools and resources.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as record keeping of client’s data in our systems
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, or referrals to support business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via other channels to contribute to revenue growth and expand our market presence.
- Stay updated on new technical and product developments in the insurance industry.
Any other ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned.
What makes you stand out- Ideally, you have at least 5 years of working experience in Employee Benefits segment in Broking/Insurance industry.
- Must be self-directed and able to complete assigned tasks and projects with limited supervision.
- Professional, client-focused demeanour with the ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships with clients, insurance partners and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for details.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities to communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and internal teams.
- Highly organized, task-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Competent in the use of Word, Excel. PowerPoint and other computer programs to prepare presentations, forms, and spreadsheets with speed and accuracy.
- Possessed relevant insurance certification in HI , BCP, PGI
- Experience in International Private Medical Insurance and having M9, M9A and M5/ R5 certifications would be a bonus.
- Priority will be given to candidates who do not require a work visa.
