About the Role
We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-optimized AWS architectures across APAC regions. This role drives modernization, automation, and AI-enabled transformation within a global enterprise cloud environment.
Responsibilities
You will design and deploy high-availability, secure, and cost-efficient AWS cloud infrastructure. Build and maintain architecture for governance, IAM, networking, logging, and monitoring.- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules using Terraform, OpenTofu, and CloudFormation integrated with GitHub/GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead container and serverless initiatives using ECS, EKS, Lambda, and Kubernetes.
- Implement SRE practices and automation with Python (Boto3) to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
- Architect cloud security and compliance (IAM, VPC, encryption, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
- Optimize cloud costs via tagging policies, Cost Explorer, and reserved/spot instances.
- Design and integrate GenAI/LLM solutions leveraging AWS Bedrock and RAG architectures.
- Collaborate across teams and manage projects using Agile and Jira methodologies.
Requirements
You will need min 5+ years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud architecture and infrastructure design.- Proven success delivering landing Zone, serverless, and well-architected framework projects.
- Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud, cost optimization, and automation best practices.
- Experience in retail or lifestyle sectors preferred; PMP certification is an advantage.
