Seeking an experienced professional to drive bunker fuel sales by managing key relationships and negotiating competitive terms. Contribute to a dynamic trading environment with a focus on market analysis and strategy execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and foster relationships with shipowners, operators, and charterers to enhance bunker fuel sales.
- Source competitive bunker pricing from global suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Execute bunker transactions, including confirmation of deals, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and competitive actions to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate trading records and generate regular reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in bunker trading or marine fuel sales.
- Established client portfolio and supplier relationships within the shipping and maritime sectors.
- Demonstrated strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and global trading environment.
