IT Executive

Job Summary: Provide IT support and maintenance of hardware, software & network problems and managing IT infrastructure within the company.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Installation & configuration of PC operating system.
2. Liaise with IT related vendors/suppliers on matters relating to computer software and hardware and other peripherals.
3. Assists in planning and implementation, maintenance and support of IT infrastructure and business applications, IT policies and information security.
4. Oversees IT troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides required professional support.
5. Administer management of software licensing and hardware maintenance.
6. Administer the purchase of IT products and service contracts.
7. Keep track and update IT hardware and software assets, ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.
8. Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to Manager, resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely manner.
9. Ensure the effectiveness of the WIFI system.
10. Troubleshoot and liaise with the telephone system vendor on the maintenance of the system.
11. Liaise and troubleshoot with Sports Broadband providers/vendors on the provision of package TV programs in the Club’s rooms and sports package at F&B outlets.
12. Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Manager.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in IT
• 3 to 5 years’ working experience
• Ability to multi-task and possess proactive and positive work attitude
• Excellent communication and interaction skills within the working environment.
