IT Asset Admin (Training Provided - Entry Level) - Toa Payoh

Responsibilities:

  • Handling delivery of laptops and accessories
  • Asset tagging
  • Asset inventory stock check
  • Issuing of asset to staff
  • Retrieval of asset from staff
  • Arranging reformat of asset by IT
  • Updating and maintaining of asset records in asset tracking system
  • Liaising with staff on issuing and retrieval of assets
  • Updating asset inventory records in system
  • Updating asset support cases and tracking spreadsheets
  • Perform regular stock takes on items

Requirements:

  • Good command in English to liaise with different entities
  • Candidate must possess at least NITEC/Higher NITEC and above
  • Basic Understanding of IT ( Brand & Model)
  • willing to travel islandwide
  • Comfortable working in healthcare environment
  • Comfortable take MMR & TDAP Vaccine (Claimable)
  • Good in Vlookup/Pivot table
