As a Digital Payments & Merchant Ecosystem Intern within Global Consumer Financial Services, you'll gain exposure to the rapidly evolving world of digital transactions and partnerships.
You'll contribute to shaping our merchant offerings, usage deals, and payment solutions- impacting millions of cardholders.
You'll quickly become comfortable navigating complex information and synthesising it into clear, concise summaries.
Collaboration is key- you'll work closely with various teams to support important initiatives and ensure smooth execution.
What you do You'll be directly involved in: Updating and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the team.
Researching and comparing industry best practices for usage deals and promotions.Conducting market studies of competitors in the merchant acquiring space.
Performing in-depth analysis of Financial Institution (FI) and Non-FI merchant capabilities.
Supporting card re-platforming activities, including minute-taking and action item follow-up.

Who you are Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong ability to synthesize information.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Learning Objectives This internship will provide you with: A comprehensive understanding of the digital payments landscape.
