Temp Customer Service (Yishun, 5 days, $12/hour)

Working Days: Mon to Fri
- Working Hours: 10am to 6pm
- Working Location: Orchid Country Club (Yishun)
- 6 months contract (subject to renewal), with staff benefits
- Salary: $12/hour
- Assist in preparing and mailing out Attrition Recovery Letters and emails to members.
- Processing of application and updating of members’ profile.
- Conducting survey with the members.
- To expand the membership base (new, retention & attrition)
- Perform membership management related tasks which includes but not limited to, data entries and creation, maintaining membership records and filings, updating membership schedules, benefits fulfilment, and membership sales, etc.
- Handle emails, phone calls and walk-ins for prospects and members
- Assist in executing MGK events
- Any other duties as assigned by HOD/RO
Requirements:
- A level and above
- Some working experience in Customer service or admin
- Customer service oriented
- Good communication skills
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
