Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Receivable Officer to manage the company’s receivables and ensure timely collection of payments. The role involves monitoring customer accounts, issuing invoices, following up on outstanding balances, and maintaining accurate financial records.The ideal candidate should have effective communication abilities, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and customers.
Job Responsibilities- Manage Accounts Receivable for assigned subsidiaries, including billing, collections follow-ups, and reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies or billing issues.
- Prepare periodic AR reports, aging analysis, and collection status updates.
- Support month-end closing activities related to receivables.
- Prepare timely monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal control procedures.
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
- Diploma/ Certificate in Accountancy or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of relevant accounts receivable or accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
