As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our market reach, forge strategic partnerships, and strengthen our brand presence. This role is essential to help us identify new opportunities, optimize client acquisition strategies, and drive our vision of becoming a leading name in the automotive workshop industry.Through innovative business strategies and effective relationship-building, the Business Development Manager will play a key role in shaping our future growth and success.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
The trainee will be involved in:
- Identify new market trends, customer demands, and competitor strategies to enhance product and service offerings.
- Supporting sales quotation and proposal drafting for automotive parts supply.
- Coordinating closely with the production team to align client orders with manufacturing capacity and timelines.
- Design and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including pricing strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to the automotive repair and customization industry.
- Assisting in compliance documentation, internal quality tracking, and regulatory alignment.
- Supporting external partnership initiatives and internal cross-department collaboration.
- Enhancing overall client experience through effective communication and service follow-up.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure project deadlines, quality standards, and client specifications are met, streamlining operations and workflow.
- Regularly analyze sales performance and customer feedback, providing insights and reports to improve service delivery and strategic decision-making.
- Manage the budget for business development activities and forecast future sales to support financial planning and resource allocation.
- Understanding of Core Automotive Parts (Brakes, Clutches, Axles, Gearboxes)
Identify SKU codes, functions, and target clients for each part
Study production process (casting, CNC, assembly overview)- To learn the knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including social media, SEO, and content marketing, to increase brand visibility.
- To have the ability to coordinate with production and operations teams to align business goals with production capacity. and the skill to overseeing multiple projects, from partnership initiatives to client engagements
- To have strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and key industry stakeholders and expertise in customer service
- To understand industry regulations, quality control standards, and safety compliance specific to automotive parts and spray painting and the ability to ensure all business practices align with regulatory
