☑ Salary: $4500 - $5200 + AWS + VB

☑ At least 3years in Logistics management experience

☑ Proficient in TMS, WMS, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Responsibilities:

• Plan & Coordinate Shipments: Manage and monitor inbound and outbound shipments with factories, 3PLs, and carriers to meet sales timelines and resolve transport issues efficiently.
• Manage Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main logistics contact for factories and external partners, ensuring smooth handovers, warehousing, and last-mile delivery operations.
• Optimize Routes & Schedules: Work closely with traffic control teams to optimize transportation routes, align schedules with sales forecasts, and reduce delays.
• Oversee Inventory & Warehousing: Supervise 3PL-managed inventory, ensure stock accuracy, and conduct regular audits with factories and warehouses.
• Support Compliance & Audits: Prepare and maintain all necessary logistics documentation for internal, external, and customer audits (e.g., proof of delivery, customs, ISO).
• Drive Process Improvements: Identify bottlenecks in logistics processes, analyze traffic and carrier data, and implement cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field
• Certifications (preferred) in CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, or 3PL partnership training
• Proficient in TMS, WMS, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• At least 3+ years in logistics experience, preferably with exposure to factory coordination, 3PL

management, and traffic/routing optimization and with 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
