Our client, a company in the software development and IT industry—specializing in ERP software and IT services—is seeking a Business Development Consultant.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure a high customer retention rate.
• Drive revenue growth in the Singapore Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) market by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to present updates and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with in-house business analysts and functional consultants to provide solutions for clients’ evolving requirements.
• Respond to quotation requests and assist with business and grant proposals.
• Upsell and cross-sell the company’s products and services to existing accounts.
• Achieve account performance KPIs as agreed with management.
• Maintain and update the in-house CRM system for accurate account reporting.

• Degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the software or IT industry, or experience in system development
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
