We are looking for a Sea Freight Customer Service / Specialist to join our Singapore team and will report to the Sea Freight Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

Establish good working relations with customers and provide them the best freight solution
Handle freight enquiries, quotations and coordination with customers.
Provide support for the commercial team by providing quotations
Support customers on any claim, payment issues or pending shipment.
Manage shipment from origin to destination to ensure customers’ satisfaction.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders internally.
Negotiate rates with carriers, agents, offices and service providers.
Report any failure to the line manager and ensure client is updated on time manner.
Maintaining daily and regular reports.

Requirements

At least 2 years working experience in freight forwarding
Customer service oriented and key account management is preferred
