AVP/VP - IT Infrastructure Engineer (Network + Server)
URGENTLY HIRING INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER (NETWORK + SERVER)
We are looking for an experienced AVP/VP-level IT Infrastructure professional with strong hands-on expertise in both network and server management. This is a senior individual contributor role, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure for a financial services organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain enterprise network and server infrastructure, including Windows/Linux servers, Virtualization, LAN/WAN, and firewalls.
- Implement infrastructure upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Support architecture design, migration initiatives, and infrastructure optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and problem-solving for mission-critical IT systems.
Requirements:
- AVP/VP-level experience in hands-on IT infrastructure work, preferably in financial services.
- Strong technical expertise in network administration, server management (Windows/Linux), Virtualization and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident and change management.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Ability to operate independently and handle complex technical challenges.
