As a Senior/Manager, Service & Ops (Clinic), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead team to run operations smoothly on a daily basis and execute the latest initiatives.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure excellent service standards and the enhancement of service standards.
• Encourage and provide guidance to staff on the operations team for their long-term development.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements, enhance patient experience and their level of accessibility to quality care.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to plan for operational needs, policies, future expansion as well as contingencies.

Requirements:

• Possess Degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in healthcare will be an added advantage.
