Operations Analyst (Bank|Up to $5k|Expo)

• It is an opportunity for an experienced Operations Analyst to join their team

• Support Product/Business teams on new fund launch or on-boarding request
• Handle trade order placement, settlement and corporate actions for Mutual Funds
• Investigate and follow up on failed trades/settlement, positions and cash breaks
• Perform regulatory reporting to Fund Managers whenever applicable
• Participate in ad-hoc projects, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression testing, and Live Verification (LVs), ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. Occasional weekend support may be required.
• Maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Review processes and identify areas of improvements
• Escalate operational risk incidents in a timely manner

• 1 yearsof Ops Analyst/ Ops Support experience
• Ability to work in a high volume, dynamic environment while maintaining operational excellence
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Proficiency in MS Product Suite i.e., Excel, Word
• Experience supporting in Wealth Management operations is a strong advantage
