Job Description (JD)
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will handle Learning and Development matters for all staff, conduct Learning Need Analysis by working closely with departments to identify learning needs, formulate and deploy learning plans. He/she/they will also conduct general orientation sessions, administer training attachments, course registration and maintain accurate training records in the Learning Management System.
Job Requirements- A recognized Degree in Business, Human Resource or its equivalent with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience.
- Prior experience in Learning & Development is preferred.
- A team player with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Dynamic, meticulous, and adaptable approach to work.
- Strong team player with collaborative working style.
