Key Responsibilities- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Maintain HR files, employee records, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with payroll processing, leave tracking, and other HR administrative processes
- Handle daily office operations and general admin duties
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflows
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related fields (students and fresh grads welcome!)
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or Excel is a bonus
- Proactive, positive, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
