We’re Hiring: HR & Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Maintain HR files, employee records, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with payroll processing, leave tracking, and other HR administrative processes
  • Handle daily office operations and general admin duties
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflows
Who We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related fields (students and fresh grads welcome!)
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or Excel is a bonus
  • Proactive, positive, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
