About the role

This is an immediate vacancy and in this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing customer service support by responding to inquiries and assisting with day-to-day operations
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the team
  • Assisting with procurement and inventory management
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective administrative processes
What we're looking for
  • At least 1 year experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail
