About the Job
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our dynamic and fun team. In this role, you will work across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries, delivering integrated communications campaigns that combine creativity, strategy, and innovation.
You will support the Account Lead in the day-to-day management of accounts - ensuring projects are executed on time, on brief, and to the highest standard. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills are key, as you’ll collaborate closely with teammates and clients to bring great ideas to life.
Responsibilities
Account & Client Management- Support the Account Lead in the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a consistently high standard.
- Handle general account servicing and team administration, including WIP meeting coordination, documentation, and reporting.
- Participate actively in client meetings, including taking minutes and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business and industry landscape to inform recommendations and communication strategies.
- Campaign & Content Development
- Contribute to the development and execution of integrated communication campaigns that align with client strategies and business objectives.
- Plan and develop long-form and short-form content for press, social, internal communications platforms etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and partners relevant to clients’ industries.
- Develop and pitch story ideas, press releases, and content to drive earned media coverage.
- Track and analyse media and social coverage and support with compiling media monitoring reports.
- Work with cross-functional teams in the agency to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Work closely alongside senior team members with the goal of ensuring internal and client deadlines are punctually met.
- Participate in new business pitches, including research, competitive audits, idea generation, and proposal development.
About You

- Genuine curiosity about the communications industry and a readiness to contribute your own point of view.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to multitask, delegate effectively and manage multiple assignments
- Strong relationship management skills, with experience handling a range of stakeholders.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field — preferably within an agency team.
- Experience and/or interest working on corporate, financial services and technology clients and accounts.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
