• Design and implement control algorithms for motion, vibration mitigation, and automation in semiconductor equipment.
• Develop and optimize computer vision algorithms for defect detection, feature recognition, and inspection automation.
• Integrate vision systems with motion platforms, robotics, and backend semiconductor equipment (e.g., wire/die bonders).
• Perform system modeling and simulation (mechanical dynamics, vibration, thermal process).
• Implement deep learning models for high-speed inspection using tools like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Tune and validate vision/control performance based on real-time production data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve technical challenges from R&D to production rollout.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation/Robotics/Computer Science or related fields.
• Strong foundation in control systems and computer vision algorithms.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and libraries such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience in real-time computing, embedded systems, or hardware acceleration (e.g., CUDA, FPGA) is a plus.
• Familiarity with semiconductor automation, optical inspection, or metrology tools is an advantage.
