Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Corporate Communications

As Singapore’s flagship National Specialty Centre for Oral Healthcare, we invite those who are passionate to make an impact in the public healthcare ecosystem to join us.

• Media Communications: Craft compelling stories/ press releases, managing media interviews, and building strong relationships with journalists
• Speech Writing: Support the team in crafting strong speeches for various leadership engagements
• Infographic Visuals/Short videos: Creation of visually engaging content – easy-to-understand infographics for articles or even videos for website or social media to strengthen NDCS’ reputation and positioning in the oral health landscape
• Projects & Stakeholder management: Manage and support projects or events and work closely with stakeholders
• Branding – ensure consistent corporate identity and branding
• Support administrative duties including procurement, minutes writing, and any other duties as assigned.

• A degree in Communications, Journalism or related disciplines with a flair and passion for writing and content creation
• At least 2 years of working experience preferred, and healthcare experience is an advantage
• Good command of English and strong writing skills with a creative flair and ability to distil complex topics into accessible and visually meaningful content
• Adept at project management and able to drive multi-faceted projects with good outcomes and by set deadlines
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Proficient with basic content creation and editing tools (eg Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Pro, Capcut)
