- Partner with engineering teams to enhance equipment behavior and process stability.
- Track component usage, handle reorders and flag material shortages proactively.
- Share expertise with entry-level staff and support knowledge transfer across the team.
- Ensure records, workflows, and logs are up to date and aligned with operational standards.
- Engage in initiatives aimed at boosting system durability, uptime, and overall productivity.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
