Application Specialist (Workflow/Power Automate) - Bukit Merah

• Administer and maintain enterprise systems, ensuring smooth application performance.
• Provide user support, handle first- and second-level troubleshooting, diagnose application issues, and escalate to vendors when necessary.
• Participate in testing pre-release applications, software updates, and tools.
• Support implementation projects and deliver post-implementation maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors for project rollouts, application testing, and deployment of patches and upgrades.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in application support and hands-on implementation.
• Proven experience in deploying workflow and automation solutions.
• Strong expertise with Nintex NAC, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Proficient in SQL, with fundamental knowledge of HTML and Java.
• Self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Collaborative team player comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
