Videographer / Post-Production Editor (Short-Form, Social Media Focus)

Full job description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Videographer and Post-Production Editor to join our creative team in Singapore. This role is ideal for a content professional with a keen eye for short-form storytelling and a strong understanding of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Content and Social Media teams to conceptualise and execute video campaigns
• Provide early-stage input during ideation to help assess feasibility, resource needs, and production timelines
• Conduct video shoots — whether structured or spontaneous — tailored for short-form content
• Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling, platform-optimised video assets with minimal supervision
• Manage the entire post-production workflow from first cut to final delivery
• Maintain high creative standards under tight deadlines
• Identify and adopt emerging trends in social video formats and editing techniques

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a shooter-editor, particularly in creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Strong familiarity with local pop culture, online trends, and Singaporean social context (slang, humour, and pacing)
• Ability to deliver high-quality work independently and respond positively to feedback
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced production cycles
• A portfolio demonstrating experience in short-form video production and editing is required
