Mechanical & Process Engineer - Bukit Batok

A leader in the Water Treatment industry in Singapore, due to current expansion plan, we are looking for a Mechanical & Process Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop water/wastewater treatment designs based on client requirements. Create PFDs, P&IDs, GAs, equipment sizing, and engineering calculations.
• Prepare datasheets (valves, equipment, piping, instruments, etc.).
• Review and ensure designs meet project specifications.
• Supervise and check 3D models of equipment skids.
• Estimate project costs and support proposal submissions.
• Work with internal teams to develop technical and commercial proposals.
• Participate in vendor evaluations and risk assessments.
• Join client meetings and design reviews when needed (e.g., HAZID/HAZOP).
• Deliver detailed process engineering documents and reports.
• Support commissioning, site work, inspections, and O&M activities.
• Troubleshoot and optimize process operations as required.
• Stay updated on process technologies and industry standards.
• Review vendor/subcontractor quotes and deliverables for compliance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
• 4-5 years of experience in industrial water/wastewater treatment.
• Experience in commissioning and skid-based system design.
• Oil & Gas industry background is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Familiar with industry standards and MS Office tools.
• Willing to travel and work in multicultural teams.
