Our client is a Manufacturing MNC for Chemical Materials. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Lab Technician to be part of their Laboratory Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties of Lab Technician:
- Conduct sampling, inspection, testing, and release of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Handle sample receipt, labeling, storage, and review of Certificates of Analysis.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Monitor lab inventory and support smooth daily operations.
- Report and manage quality or safety non-conformances, including issuing NC forms to suppliers.
- Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with QEHSMS, safety, and 5S standards.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the QA Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical related field
- 1-2 years of lab/QA experience in chemical or relevant industry
