Full Time Barista - Pasir Ris

• Craft and serve a diverse range of specialty coffee beverages, including pour-over and espresso with precision and consistency.
• Prepare and serve high quality matcha beverages, such as matcha lattes and usucha, using traditional Japanese methods and techniques.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of coffee and matcha origins, flavour profiles, and brewing parameters, and share your knowledge with customers to enhance their drinking experience.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including coffee equipment, serving areas, and storage areas, in accordance with food safety standards.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations.

• 5 day work week (Tue to Sat or Wed to Sun)
• Availability on Sat/Sun or both
• Proficient in English
• Strong understanding of espresso calibration
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment

• Full Time: Salary ranges from $2,300 to $2,700
• Annual bonus for Full Time staff, subject to company’s performance
