Director, Allied Health

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our senior management team as Director, Allied Health. In this role, you will shape the strategic direction, strengthen clinical excellence and drive workforce transformation across Allied Health services to support integrated, patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Allied Health strategies aligned with organisational goals
• Identify opportunities to expand services and adopt digital health and assistive technologies
• Drive innovation initiatives to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency

• Provide leadership and mentorship to department heads and senior clinicians
• Build and strengthen talent pipelines, succession planning, and staff engagement
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture across multidisciplinary teams

• Oversee daily operations, resource planning, and budget management
• Establish and monitor performance indicators to ensure service quality and productivity
• Lead workforce planning to ensure capacity meets service demands

• Uphold standards in clinical quality, patient safety, and professional ethics
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Work closely with Medical, Nursing and Administrative leaders to deliver integrated care
• Engage key external stakeholders, including government agencies and academic partners

• Degree in Allied Health or a related discipline (postgraduate qualification preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of relevant leadership experience
• Proven track record in driving service improvement and innovation
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
