Partner with internal stakeholders to execute talent acquisition strategies.

Create comprehensive search assignments, ensuring a thorough understanding of the job responsibilities,business requirements and talent gaps.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, P&C Business Partner’s,vendors, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to create a partnership that yields consistent process and results.
Develop a thorough knowledge of business and culture in order to help candidates fully comprehend and embrace the career opportunity.
Develop and maintain a network of internal/external contacts to help source high potential talent.
Develop and execute talent sourcing plans
Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecasts.
Review employment application and background check reports. Maintain accurate documentation on all stages of the hiring process.
Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system.
Other responsibilities as per Company assigned.
