M&E/ Facilities Technician | Islandwide hiring

We are currently hiring Building/ Facilities Technicians (Multiple Headcounts) for established MNCs across manufacturing, electronics, marine, and facilities management industries.

Summary:

• 5 days/ 5.5 days, Office hours
• Salary range: $2,600 – $3,600
• AWS + Medical benefits provided
• Multiple locations hiring: West/ Ang Mo Kio/ Central

Job Scope:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works
• Attend to assigned work orders and coordinate schedules with the supervisor
• Maintain and service electrical, mechanical systems, and building equipment
• Repair electrical components such as motors, controllers, and related devices
• Perform installation of wiring, electrical, and lighting systems based on technical drawings
• Monitor inventory levels and request materials to ensure sufficient stock
• Estimate time and materials required for assigned tasks

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC equipment in accordance with established standards and checklists
• Complete maintenance tasks within required timelines to ensure optimal equipment reliability and performance
• Maintain and update asset records to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Ensure all work orders are properly executed, recorded, and closed in the system for tracking and accountability
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment in line with workplace safety requirements
• Coordinate with the One Stop Shop (OSS) team to arrange necessary parts and materials to support timely maintenance work
• Communicate effectively with store and warehouse managers during maintenance activities to minimize operational disruption
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment issues, and provide recommendations for improvement and breakdown prevention
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Candidate with prior experience in building / facilities / M&E maintenance experience is preferred.
• Candidate possessing a Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage.
